Within Ingredients Operations, we are looking for an experienced candidate with great analytical and communications skills to lead the Capital Project Management and support site management & engineering community.
This position requires a solid foundation of project management experience, working knowledge of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform and experience with financial metrics and reporting.
Manage the administration of Project Portfolio Management and be the primary contact to assist site and project managers on practices, documentation, governance.
Support the real time budgeting decisions with up-to-date forecasts and quarterly / annual capex landing, executing data analysis and solve deviations with stakeholders.
Develop and provide on-going updates to key performance indicators and metrics, assist in the preparation and presentation of the monthly PMO projects reporting.
Serve as "PMO key user / trainer" for project documentation platform and Planview PPM.
Be involved in the PMO community, share practices and lessons learned.
Ms degree (engineering a plus) with minimum of 5 years of demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in industrial environment, CAPEX project management or project portfolio management.
Proficiency on Microsoft Office, knowledge & practice on SAP. Planview PPM software is a plus.
