Your Mission:
- Lead the design and implementation of a cutting-edge telephony and contact solution, revolutionizing customer interactions and fostering gas development.
- Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to ensure seamless integration and application of technical designs.
- Oversee all project phases, from detailed design and implementation to scope management, budget adherence, and quality control.
- Provide comprehensive project reporting and proactively manage risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Your Expertise:
