Rattaché(e) au Global Planning Manager, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Travailler proche du Global Planning Manager pour répondre aux briefs client.
  • Travailler avec les collaborateurs de l'équipe internationale et les équipes locales de Dentsu pour répondre aux briefs monde et locaux.
  • Accompagner le Global Planning Manager dans l'animation des meetings/calls avec les équipes locales.
  • Assurer une parfaite visibilité des demandes des équipes locales et globales.
  • Coordonner le planning et l'activation des campagnes locales et globales.
  • Aider le Client Lead et l'équipe élargie en termes d'interface et d'administration client de manière générale.
  • Aider les équipes locales dans la production des documents de veille et de production de rapport sur la concurrence.
  • S'assurer que toute la facturation soit correcte et en temps.

PROFIL

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une Grande Ecole ou cursus universitaire équivalent (Bac +4/Bac +5).
  • Vous avez une expérience de 1 à 3 ans sur un poste similaire en gestion de projet media et management d'un réseau multi pays.
  • Vous avez un excellent niveau d'anglais (obligatoire, portefeuille international).
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Excel (très bon niveau).
  • Vous êtes autonome, pro-actif(ve), excellent(e) communiquant(e) et vous aimez travailler en équipe.
  • Une connaissance du marché Print et OOH n'est pas nécessaire mais un fort plus.
  • Connaissance du marché du Luxe/Mode pas nécessaire mais un plus.

We are looking for an International Account Executive to join our iProspect Global Team responsible of one our international Luxury & Fashion client. This is a full time contract role based out of Paris (17th). Our team of 6 people is dedicated to work closely to the global clients in coordinating and planning cross country and cross channel campaigns. This team has the support of our Digital Hubs (Social and Programmatic in Paris – Search In London) responsible of Planning and buying.

The role of the International Client Executive is to primarily focus on Print, OOH and Digital Direct campaigns.

Key Accountabilities

  • Supporting the Global Planning Manager, your key projects will be :
  • Work closely with the Global Planning Manager to respond to all clients briefs.
  • Work closely with the global and local Dentsu team to respond all clients requests.
  • Support the Global Planning Manager in driving recurring engagement with local teams.
  • Coordinate Planning and Activation of local and global campaigns (Print, OOH & Direct Display).
  • Support the Global client Lead et the wider team with clients' operations and management.
  • Support Local teams in the creation of competitive qualitative studies.
  • Ensure all invoicing is accurate and always up to date.

Profile

  • You have a Business School degree or equivalent (Bac +4/Bac +5).
  • You have 1 to 3 years experience on a similar role project managing media for an international client.
  • You have an excellent level of English (mandatory – Internation role).
  • You are an expert with Excel (and the rest of the Microsoft suite).
  • You have strong communication, collaboration skills and attention to detail.
  • You are pro-active, autonomous and a team player.
  • Knowledge of OOH and Print is a necessity but a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of the Luxury/Fashion market is not a necessity but a strong plus.

This is a permanent role, based in our Paris office but working closely with our London global hub. We operate under flexible working arrangements with a minimum of 2 days in the office a week.
