Position Overview

As a member of the Training department within the Customer Support and Services division, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training on our advanced vehicles and systems. Your duties will include preparing training sessions, organizing necessary resources, welcoming participants, and ensuring the effective execution of training programs. Additionally, you will manage administrative responsibilities such as documentation and evaluations.

Your primary objective is to guarantee the excellence, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of training sessions, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the training strategy for projects, including program outlines, logistical requirements, and necessary tools, in accordance with project guidelines.
  • Develop expertise in project-specific areas to provide high-quality training on vehicle components, utilizing provided documentation.
  • Engage in the review of training materials as needed.
  • Contribute to the instructional design of training resources in both French and English, making adjustments as required.
  • Facilitate training sessions both domestically and internationally, covering topics such as Introduction, Operation, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Component Overhaul, and Equipment Usage.
  • Evaluate participants' knowledge before and after training sessions.
  • Gather real-time feedback from participants regarding the training experience.
  • Compile and submit training reports.

Willingness to travel for training purposes is essential.

Qualifications for Success

Applicants should possess a technical degree at Bac+2 level or higher, with the ability to lead training initiatives while adhering to quality, cost, and timeline standards.

Technical proficiency in various disciplines (such as electronics, mechanics, and electrical systems) is required, along with familiarity with diagnostic tools.

A valid driver's license (C/CE) and experience in off-road driving and simulator training are necessary. In addition to technical capabilities, candidates should demonstrate proactivity, creativity, teamwork, and an open-minded approach. A mindset geared towards team leadership is also essential.

Proficiency in English is required (TOEIC score >780).
