About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Specialist to join our team at Arquus, a leading Defense company in land mobility solutions. As a Technical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering training on our vehicles/systems to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training plans for projects, including logistical resources and tools.
- Acquire the necessary skills to deliver quality training on vehicles/components, utilizing documentation provided by the documentation department.
- Participate in reviewing documentation as needed.
- Contribute to the pedagogical design of training materials in French and/or English and adapt them as needed.
- Conduct training sessions in France and abroad, including introduction, driving, preventive and corrective maintenance, component overhaul, equipment use and maintenance.
- Assess trainees' knowledge at the beginning and end of the session.
- Collect feedback from trainees on the training session.
- Prepare a training report.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or higher.
- Technical expertise in various areas, including electronics, mechanics, electrical, etc.
- Knowledge of DIAG tools.
- C/CE driver's license and off-road driving experience.
- Experience in simulator training.
- English proficiency (TOEIC > 780).
