Key Responsibilities:

Manage Customer Banking Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for clients, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience from start to finish.

Analyze Credit Applications and Communicate with Stakeholders: Review credit applications and collaborate with Sales teams, Country Managers, Customer Success Managers, banking partners, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth.

Handle Operational Tasks Leading to Customer Activation: Prepare contracts, set up bank accounts in our system, and complete necessary steps to activate services for customers.

Continuous Improvement:

Enhance the Customer Onboarding Journey: Identify and implement solutions to streamline the onboarding process, such as reducing onboarding time through automation and digital tools, to boost customer satisfaction and operational scalability.

Develop Operational Automations Using No-Code Tools: Utilize platforms like Make or Airtable to automate processes, increasing efficiency and freeing up time for strategic tasks.

Update Analytical Dashboards: Improve and maintain dashboards to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Management team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in developing our European business and enhancing our operations.
