Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

IDT Corporation is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our global network operations team, you will be responsible for proactively monitoring and resolving production alerts within our network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to production alerts in a timely manner
  • Track and resolve issues in our ticketing system
  • Escalate alerts to the appropriate support team and collaborate on timely resolutions
  • Work with various tools, including Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, Zabbix, and Jira
Requirements:
  • Excellent monitoring and troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networks, and ticket tracking systems
  • Good level of English proficiency (B2 or higher)
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with New Relic, Datadog, or SolarWinds
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix and networking protocols (BGP, MPLS, OSPF)
