Job Description

Mangopay is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive the growth of our global accounts segment. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing complex sales strategies to drive new business revenue with Mangopay's largest multinational prospects.

This role requires someone with a proven track record of successful enterprise sales within a complex solution selling and competitive environment. You will be expected to increase Mangopay's relevance with some of the most influential platforms and marketplaces in the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business revenue with Mangopay's largest multinational prospects.
  • Manage the overall sales cycle, including owning, negotiating, and closing large contracts for Mangopay.
  • Collaborate across key business stakeholders on each deal to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage a team of sales executives within the region, providing coaching and mentorship to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and convey compelling value propositions to drive innovation with customers.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of prior experience in an enterprise sales hunter role selling complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of successful enterprise sales within a complex solution selling and competitive environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and lead time-sensitive projects.
  • Ability to think strategically about new business models, product integrations, and technical challenges.
  • Results-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and a hands-on person with proven ability to meet objectives and targets.
