The Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Vice President of Global Sales and Strategy to lead its world-wide sales activities and drive revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this senior executive will assume responsibility for the company's sales strategy, tactics, and operations across all customer, geographic, and product segments.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to join a dynamic and growing organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving top-line results, managing large high-performing teams, and developing and executing effective sales strategies. They will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of sales plans, overseeing the integration and optimization of sales operations, establishing sales metrics and KPIs, and evaluating the sales organization to ensure it is aligned with the company's growth objectives.

The Vice President of Global Sales and Strategy will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationships, developing strategies for expanding the customer base, and participating in the company's strategy planning sessions. They will be a key member of the senior executive team and will be expected to report results regularly to the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Lead and manage a global sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and metrics to measure performance and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive management position.
  • Proven track record of driving top-line results and managing large high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business or Technology, with an MBA preferred.
