OpSales is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
About the RoleAs a Sales Manager at OpSales, you will be part of our OpTeam branch and will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the commercial team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Coordinating sales activities and creating sales techniques aligned with our strategy
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients
- Analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Fidélizing clients and maintaining a high level of motivation within the team
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should have a strong understanding of sales mechanics and be able to adapt to different sectors and technologies. You should also be proactive, willing to learn, and share your knowledge.
