Join OpSales as a Sales Manager

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at OpSales, a company with 9 years of experience in supporting growing businesses. Our mission is to accelerate the business growth of our clients through our operational solutions.

About the Role

As a Sales Manager at OpSales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies with our Business Developers to achieve our clients' commercial objectives. Your main missions will be:

  • Collaborate with the commercial team: Work closely with Business Developers to develop and execute effective sales strategies for each of our clients.
  • Coordinate tasks and develop sales techniques: Ensure the coordination of commercial activities and design sales techniques aligned with our strategy.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with our clients: Ensure the quality of our support, particularly in anticipating needs, advising, and regularly measuring client satisfaction.
  • Analyze commercial performance: Follow and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement and increase sales.
  • Foster client loyalty and maintain a motivated team: Implement client loyalty actions and maintain a high level of motivation within the team.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should have:

  • Knowledge of sales mechanics and the different stages of sales
  • A good mastery of tools and their configuration (CRM, Data, etc.)
  • The ability to adapt to a variety of sectors of activity and a strong appetite for new technologies and innovations
  • Be proactive, ready to learn, and share knowledge
  • Ambitious and strong in proposal
  • Excellent ability to coordinate and motivate a commercial team
  • Personal qualities: Dynamic, organized, with excellent communication skills, and a team spirit.
Modalities of the Post

The salary will be defined according to the profile and experience. The benefits include mutual insurance, participation in transportation costs, and regular training. The working hours are full-time, from Monday to Friday. The workplace is in the heart of Caen.
