At Coeur de Megève, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Spa Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our wellness team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa experiences to our guests, ensuring their relaxation and rejuvenation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the spa operations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Foster strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Perform spa treatments according to established protocols and techniques.
- Promote and sell our spa products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage cash handling, maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with our reception team to optimize reservations and scheduling.
- Contribute to the recruitment and training of spa staff, working closely with our HR department.
- Develop and implement plans to improve spa operations, ensuring continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in esthetics and spa treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring seamless operations.
- Strong knowledge of spa products and treatments, with a focus on customer needs.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
