At Coeur de Megève, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Spa Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our wellness team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa experiences to our guests, ensuring their comfort and relaxation throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Foster strong relationships with our guests, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized spa treatments.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our spa products and services, ensuring accurate recommendations and sales.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest spa trends and techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness setting.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Fluency in French and English.
