Commercial Development Manager

Vous rejoignez notre équipe de développement commercial à Noyal-sur-Vilaine, dans le secteur de Chateaubriant / Ancenis, en tant que Commercial Development Manager. Vous serez responsable du développement commercial de votre secteur, en démarchant des prospects pour conquérir de nouveaux clients et développer le chiffre d'affaires chez les clients existants.

Responsabilités
  • Réaliser la prospection, développer et fidéliser son portefeuille de clients :
  • Cibler et prospecter les clients potentiels ;
  • Fidéliser et développer votre portefeuille clients ;
  • Démarcher physiquement les clients et analyser leurs besoins ;
  • Utiliser vos connaissances techniques pour répondre aux questions des clients, et le cas échéant orienter le client vers la personne compétente pouvant y répondre ;
  • Proposer les solutions les mieux adaptées et formuler les offres correspondantes ;
  • Rédiger les propositions commerciales ;
  • Faire signer les bons de commande et/ou les contrats aux clients ;
  • Vendre de nouvelles solutions ;
  • S'assure de la performance des solutions vendues.
Compétences requises
  • Formation commerciale ;
  • Bonne connaissance et intérêt fort pour le monde de l'élevage ;
  • Expérience réussie en développement commercial ;
  • Énergie, esprit de conquête et orientation résultats ;
  • Méthodes de prospection, de vente, de négociation et pilotage de l'activité ;
  • Sens du contact, excellent relationnel et orientation client prioritaire ;
  • Autonomie dans le travail et capacité à travailler en équipe.
Conditions
  • Poste à pourvoir sur le secteur de Chateaubriant / Ancenis ;
  • CDI ;
  • Statut Cadre ;
  • Rémunération : entre 29 et 40 K€ Fixe/an + Variable ;
  • Véhicule de fonction ;
  • Participation aux repas ;
  • Mutuelle prise en charge à 50% par l'entreprise accompagnée d'une prévoyance ;

Pour garantir la réussite dans votre prise de fonction et dans vos missions, vous bénéficierez d'une formation de 3 mois à l'arrivée (comprenant tutorat et modules de formation en interne) ainsi que d'un accompagnement régulier par votre manager.
