Join Uptoo's Team as a Commercial Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Development Manager to join our team at Uptoo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve results
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
