Your Future Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation on recovery strategies, credit risk assessment, and management of recovery operations for banking and insurance sectors.
- Oversee and direct projects focused on recovery and credit risk management, collaborating with a team of consultants.
- Support the preparation of proposals related to recovery and risk management initiatives.
- Participate actively in recruitment efforts and business development activities.
- Serve as a mentor to junior consultants, fostering their professional growth.
- Engage in community outreach, Excellence Areas, and research and development programs.
Your Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management and recovery within the banking sector.
- Proficient in recovery methodologies, key performance indicators, credit risk analysis, and project oversight.
- Strong background in the banking and insurance industries.
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and alignment with the core values of Square Management.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Possession of a graduate degree (BAC+5) is required.
