Sales Strategy and Operations Leader

As a critical function within Salesforce, the Sales Strategy and Operations team drives profitable growth at scale, partnering with senior leaders as trusted advisors. The team is responsible for setting strategic business priorities, building and implementing long-term GTM strategies, and owning cross-functional transformational projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the CEO of France in day-to-day operations, including GTM design, sales cadence execution, and cross-functional alignment with other key functions in France.
  • Develop and execute strategic projects to capture the next wave of growth in France.
  • Lead and develop a best-in-class team of Strategy Business Partners and Analysts to cover the aforementioned duties.
  • Drive alignment and build relationships with cross-functional partners, regional peers, and HQ functional leaders.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a business operations role within a high-growth SaaS company operating at scale or equivalent experience within a management consulting firm.
  • 3+ years of people management experience in a high-growth, continuously changing environment.
  • Thoughtful leadership, track record of advising leadership and influencing stakeholders.
  • Proven experience of rolling out GTM models along several planning cycles.
  • Strong project management track record, having successfully led cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end.

The ideal candidate will possess a reputation for unquestionable ethics and integrity, high-level intellectual curiosity and self-awareness, and a company-first mindset.
