**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team at Kinettix. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data center infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain complex system configurations to ensure high availability and performance.
- Provide expert-level technical support and guidance to junior team members.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Kinettix remains at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data center support and system administration.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and mentoring junior specialists.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and hardware components.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent certification.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent.
- VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent.
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or equivalent.
