German Market Growth Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Outbound Expert to help launch the German market for Bigblue. As a pioneer in this newly created role, you will shape the career path and lay the groundwork for our presence in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the key observer and analyst for the German market, providing valuable insights into emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate closely with the Growth, Marketing, and Partnerships team to identify and research relevant sales targets within specific verticals and customer segments.
Prospecting and Engagement
- Conduct thorough research to understand the personal interests and professional needs of our target prospects.
- Develop a deep understanding of prospect motivations, challenges, and buying behavior to tailor engagement strategies effectively.
Lead Generation and Relationships
- Take charge of lead generation initiatives by designing and executing outbound prospecting campaigns.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and resource.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, growth, or digital marketing roles.
- Data-driven & process-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using email automation tools and LinkedIn for lead generation.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Native French/German speaker with professional level in English.
