As a Lead Security Consultant within the Security, Risk & Compliance Practice at AWS Professional Services, you will have the unique opportunity to develop innovative security solutions for our clients, assisting them in automating their security processes and achieving exceptional operational efficiency.
Your role will involve overseeing teams of security professionals and collaborating with clients, partners, and fellow team members to design and implement state-of-the-art security frameworks, automating security operations tailored to our clients' needs. You will spearhead internal project development initiatives and establish yourself as a trusted technical advisor to customer executives.
You will create high-quality technical documentation, including automation tools, reference architectures, and white papers, to support our consultants, partners, and clients in building upon the solutions we provide. Your innovative mindset will drive customer success, translating ideas into actionable results.
Additionally, you will work closely with AWS service teams to develop new features and tackle emerging challenges, leveraging your technical expertise and creativity to foster innovation. This position requires a customer-facing approach and may involve travel for project engagements within the EMEA region.

- Demonstrated experience in IT security, compliance, risk management, privacy & controls, and security reference architectures for all-in and/or hybrid deployments.
- Hands-on technical proficiency in developing security capabilities in code and deploying infrastructure in code, including WAF, Firewall, Anti-DDOS, and SIEM.
- Expertise in security architecture, technology automation, implementation, integration, and/or deployment.
- Proven ability to manage and lead large-scale IT projects, including defining and executing successful project controls and experience in managing extensive security engagements with clients.
- Fluent communication skills in both French and English.
