About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant Intern to join our EMEA team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a Marketing Assistant Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the marketing team in the coordination of press launches, events, and brand partnerships.
  • Assist in the development of creative briefs and asset management for online, social, and in-store purposes.
  • Support the design of 360° Go-to-market presentations, including consumer marketing elements, for regional teams.
  • Lead the compilation of post-launch reports and extraction of findings/insights.
  • Design content creation briefings based on trends for our Pro Artist team.
  • Monthly reporting of social networks performance and ad-hoc analysis through social listening tools.
  • Follow-up with markets on paid media budgets and allocations.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for the beauty industry. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education Level: Bac +4/5, Business school (or on track to graduate)
  • Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 1-2 previous internships/work experience ideal
  • Required Language Proficiency: Fluent or strong understanding of English
  • Licenses or Certifications: eligible to work in France
