About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant Intern to join our EMEA team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a Marketing Assistant Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns, including press launches, events, and brand partnerships.
  • Support the marketing team in the development of creative materials, such as visuals and guidelines, for online and offline channels.
  • Contribute to the design of 360° go-to-market presentations, including consumer marketing elements, for regional teams.
  • Support the implementation of 360° campaigns for Pure Players, including asset production.
  • Compile post-launch reports and extract findings and insights.
  • Design content creation briefings based on trends for the Pro Artist team.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance and ad-hoc analysis through social listening tools.
  • Support markets with influencer collaborations and follow-up on paid media budgets and allocations.
  • Conduct competition analysis on offline and online campaigns, including press screening and digital best practices.
Requirements
  • Available for 6 months starting January 2025.
  • Minimum Education Level: Bac +4/5, Business school (or on track to graduate).
  • Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 1-2 previous internships/work experience ideal.
  • Required Language Proficiency: Fluent or strong understanding of English.
  • Licenses or Certifications: eligible to work in France.
