About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant Intern to join our EMEA team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a Marketing Assistant Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the marketing team in the coordination of press launches, events, brand partnerships, influencer squads, and collaborations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure 360-degree launches that are strategically aligned across brand teams.
  • Support consumer engagement-related topics, including paid, earned, owned media strategy, and online business.
  • Coordinate market requests regarding visuals and guidelines (asset management).
  • Develop creative briefs to adapt brand visuals for online, social, or in-store purposes.
  • Support the design of 360° Go-to-market presentations, including consumer marketing elements, destined for markets/ regional teams.
  • Support 360° campaign implementations for Pure Players like Zalando & Notino, including asset production.
  • Lead the compilation of post-launch reports and extraction of findings/insights, as well as best practice identification.
  • Design content creation briefings based on trends for our Pro Artist team.
  • Monthly reporting of social networks (owned & earned) performance and ad-hoc analysis through social listening tools.
  • Monthly reporting of CRM performance, services, and dramming.
  • Follow-up with markets on paid media budgets and allocations.
  • Support markets with their influencer collaborations.
  • Conduct competition analysis on Offline & Online campaigns: press screening, social, and identification of digital best practices and benchmarks.
  • Support markets on their Virtual Selling journey, by creating content creation briefings, collecting best-practices, and follow-up on reportings.
  • Asset support & creation for e-com business.
  • Regular competitive reviews & audits of the e-com business.
Requirements
  • Available 6 months starting January 2025.
  • Minimum Education Level: Bac +4/5, Business school (or on track to graduate).
  • Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 1-2 previous internships/work experience ideal.
  • Required Language Proficiency: Fluent or strong understanding of English.
  • Licenses or Certifications: eligible to work in France.
