Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Consumer Engagement Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive global consumer engagement strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global consumer engagement strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the development of 360-degree marketing plans to increase awareness, recruit consumers, and retain loyal customers.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of global social media initiatives, including content creation, community management, and influencer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and education, to plan and execute digital and social marketing tactics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, celebrities, and brand ambassadors.
  • Manage and execute global brand events, including Cannes Film Festival and Paris Fashion Week.
  • Monitor and track social conversations to stay ahead of trends and ensure brand relevance.
  • Lead performance tracking and reporting, including monthly, campaign, and ad-hoc reports.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in communications positions, including social and digital.
  • Digital and social savvy with demonstrated ability to build and execute social/digital campaigns.
  • Strong experience in a luxury company is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Experience managing activations at Cannes Film Festival is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and follow through.
  • Creative and proactive problem solver.
  • Exceptional project and analytical skills.
  • Good leadership skills to work close with Regional/local partners and PR agencies.
  • Team-player.
