Job Description

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is a key role within the Accor organization, responsible for driving the company's digital marketing and social media efforts to increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing objectives and business goals. Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to engage and convert potential customers.

Manage Digital Marketing Initiatives

Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives on owned channels as well as applicable third-party channels. These include website management, content marketing, social media marketing, SEO management, retargeting, organic and paid campaigns management, and OTA content optimization.

Monitor and Analyze Performance

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns. Generate regular reports, provide insights and recommendations, and adapt strategies as needed to achieve marketing goals.

Drive Online Traffic and Revenue

Increase traffic flow through direct and semi-direct online channels to boost the company's overall revenue. Prioritize the company's websites as the primary electronic distribution channel and oversee its online presence across multiple digital platforms, such as the official website, social media channels, and online travel agencies (OTAs). Improve online listings and ensure guests receive accurate and current information.

Optimize Search Engine Rankings

Drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings through effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.

Manage Social Media Presence

Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Develop and implement engaging content, respond to user comments and inquiries, and actively engage with the online community.

Collaborate with Content Creators

Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for the website, social media, and other marketing campaigns.

Generate Content

Generate video and image content with exceptional writing skills for websites and social media.

Support Director of Marketing

Carry out duties, projects, and other assignments as required by the Director of Marketing.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree

Bachelor's degree required.

Digital Marketing Knowledge

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.

Digital Marketing Tools

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Manager, and social media scheduling tools.

Additional Information
  • Experience

Minimum 6 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Creativity and a keen eye for design and aesthetics. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven and results-oriented. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
