We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team at AXA Group Operations. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process, coaching the team on Agile principles and practices, and removing any impediments that hinder the team's progress.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to ensure team alignment and progress tracking.
- Remove any obstacles or impediments that may affect the team's productivity and progress.
- Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks.
- Organize and facilitate sprint planning meetings to define the work to be done in the upcoming sprint.
- Encourage and enable collaboration and communication within the team and across stakeholders.
- Monitor the team's adherence to Scrum practices and help them continuously improve their processes.
- Conduct retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance team performance.
- Actively participate in relevant meetings and discussions to provide guidance and support to the team.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master who can bring their expertise to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating and coaching teams in Agile practices and ceremonies, and will be able to identify and address impediments that hinder the team's progress.
