Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Social Project Manager with extensive expertise in social media management and exceptional English proficiency. This role involves overseeing creative and adaptation projects for a prestigious automotive client. You will be responsible for managing integrated projects from inception to completion, utilizing your strong planning, coordination, and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple small to medium-sized social media projects, including Editorial Calendars and Campaigns, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Thoroughly review client briefs to gather all necessary information and requirements for accurate budgeting.
  • Allocate resources effectively to achieve project objectives and manage them efficiently.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive project schedule and work plan.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and milestones.
  • Assist the Operations Lead in optimizing business processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with Data, Planning, and creative teams to ensure alignment and synergy.
  • Oversee daily operations, including briefing creative, legal, production, and language teams, ensuring clarity on specifications, deadlines, and local requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across various teams.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and quality assurance standards for all content produced.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing digital projects from start to finish within an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate deliverables across teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong capacity to understand client needs and manage expectations effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Proactive and direct communicator, comfortable working with cross-cultural teams.
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and design quality.
  • Collaborative team player who values feedback and addresses team concerns.
  • Critical thinker who is not afraid to ask pertinent questions.
