We are currently in search of a Social Media Project Coordinator for a full-time permanent role. Reporting directly to the Social Media Manager, your primary duties will encompass overseeing the engagement of our communities across social platforms, managing content, and contributing to the analysis and reporting of performance metrics related to Women's Football.

1. Community Engagement

  • Oversee community engagement and cultivate an international audience;
  • Moderate community interactions on the social channels of Arkema 1st League, LFFP, and the French Women's Team across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and X;
  • Implement the FFF's Social Media strategy;
  • Collaborate with various service providers, including digital agencies;
  • Coordinate and publish digital initiatives for FFF partners;
  • Enhance interactivity (games, animations...) and monitor diverse projects (results, data collection, analysis...);
  • Propose activations aligned with the FFF engagement policy;
  • Boost fan interaction with the brand;
  • Conduct monitoring, analysis, and reporting of social media and content performance (both quantitative and qualitative);
  • Stay updated on visual trends and innovative content (watch/benchmark).

2. Content Oversight

  • Edit and produce videos tailored to the formats of various social networks (styles, pacing, visual effects, transitions, subtitles...);
  • Create visuals for social platforms (photo editing, graphics...);
  • Request, coordinate, and distribute specific social media content to internal teams or agencies (briefing, project management, deployment);
  • Enhance content strategy by introducing new topics/concepts/formats with significant potential.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • You possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Community Manager and/or editor in the media sector, preferably within football;
  • You have advanced proficiency in social platforms, video editing software, and Photoshop;
  • You are recognized for your expertise in football and the broader media landscape;
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of Women's Football;
  • You are inventive and capable of generating fresh ideas and producing captivating content;
  • You exhibit excellent writing skills with flawless spelling and grammar;
  • You are responsive, organized, and meticulous, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards;
  • You have a good command of English;

Note: Regular travel may be required, and a high level of availability is expected based on news cycles, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
