We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Attorney Support team as an Attorney Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to a group of local attorneys and contributing to the success of our firm.
Key Responsibilities- Assist attorneys with various administrative tasks, including document management and data entry.
- Provide global team support with a variety of administrative responsibilities.
- Preserve the confidentiality of our and our clients' protected information.
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Take initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency level in Microsoft Excel, and intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
