Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing commercial performance across our SouthWest region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies across key markets, including France, Spain, and Italy.
  • Lead a team of net revenue managers to achieve revenue targets and initiatives.
  • Analyze market intelligence, financial data, and scenario planning to inform commercial decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive a revenue management mindset and embed strategies into business-as-usual activity.
  • Present complex data and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and commercial performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Fluency in English.
