As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Customer Marketing Director for the SouthWest region to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability in key markets, with a focus on the French market.

You will lead a team of revenue managers based in France, Spain, and Italy, and utilize market intelligence, analytics, and financial data to develop strategies that influence key areas of revenue growth, including price, promotion, product portfolio, and trade spend efficiency.

Critical to your success will be your ability to drive change management across sales, marketing, and finance communities to embed a revenue management mindset and drive business as usual activity.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with excellent communication and presentation skills, who can work effectively with senior management and multiple stakeholders.

This role offers the opportunity to drive growth and return on investment for our leading consumer brands in the SouthWest region, while also contributing to the development of our European revenue management workstream.

Based in France (Saint-Ouen), this role offers a flexible work arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
