About the Position:The primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Formulating, formalizing, and presenting functional, technical, and economic solutions for various projects
- Leading and managing a team of two projectors
- Engaging in financial assessments related to project initiatives
- Identifying and analyzing input data for studies
- Organizing, planning, and overseeing detailed production activities and deliverables
- Managing and validating subcontracted work and requested expertise
- Contributing to the Visa mission associated with project management
- Assisting in the definition, reporting, and control of project costs, timelines, and risks
- Providing feedback and fostering improvements in practices
Profile:
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction with 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities
- Self-sufficient and proactive
- Expertise in civil engineering methodologies
- Capable of synthesizing information and writing effectively
