Job Title: Project Quality Manager
Job Summary:
The Project Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Quality Management System at Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions' projects, in line with the Group's quality policies. This individual will promote a quality culture among all employees to contribute to the improvement of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The implementation of transformation programs will create new challenges and opportunities for E&C, impacting how projects are executed. This will also create opportunities and challenges for the project quality manager as a key function, to ensure that projects are managed correctly in terms of quality assurance and control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that quality assurance/quality control measures are correctly implemented within the project.
- Establish the project quality and audit plan.
- Coordinate project control examinations.
- Perform quality assurance/quality control audits of projects (offices and construction sites).
- Manage non-conformities.
- Coordinate and facilitate root cause analysis.
- Organize quality-related training.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Reporting Line and Location:
The Project Quality Manager will report to the Quality and IMS Europe Manager.
The position is located in Champigny-sur-Marne (France). Travel to Europe may be required as needed for project sharing and experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Discipline: Engineering (process, chemical, or mechanical) or related field (quality management, health, safety, environment, industrial risks).
- Language: English (oral and written).
- Experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the EPC industry.
- Knowledge/experience in quality management and auditing.
- Knowledge in project management.
- Knowledge of IMS will be an additional asset.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and incident non-conformities will be an additional asset.
- Knowledge of main risk management tools and methods will be an additional asset.
