Job Title: Service Inside Sales

Leica Microsystems is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Nanterre. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling service contracts and aftermarket service solutions to our customers via phone and email.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell service contracts and aftermarket service solutions to customers via phone and email
  • Generate contract quotes using SAP/SFDC and deliver to customers via email and negotiate to generate purchase orders
  • Achieve team and individual quotas for orders and sales, as well as other defined KPIs
  • Be accountable for monthly, quarterly, and annual target achievements and funnel management and forecasting
  • Utilize Danaher DBS tools for standard work and daily management and value selling
Requirements:
  • Fluent French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Speaking Dutch or German would also be beneficial
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in solution offerings within tele-sales
  • Strong time and self-management skills, with a proven track record of achieving set targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SFDC, and SAP
