**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Portfolio Growth Strategist to lead our efforts in driving portfolio growth in the Generation industry segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies that align with market demands and company goals.
**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales and marketing professional with a strong track record of success in managing strategic accounts, developing sales strategies, and executing marketing plans. If you have a deep understanding of the Generation industry segment, including market trends, challenges, and opportunities, we encourage you to apply.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio growth strategy for the Generation industry segment, aligning with market demands and company goals.
- Create and manage portfolio roadmap, identifying market gaps and ensuring the portfolio remains competitive and relevant to customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders and key customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including business units and partners, to design innovative solutions that address emerging business needs and differentiate the company from competitors.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of sales and marketing experience, ideally in the specified industry segment.
- Proven experience in managing strategic accounts, developing sales strategies, and executing marketing plans.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee the development of sales strategies.
- English proficiency is mandatory, with knowledge of any other language considered a plus.
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. All candidates based in the EU who meet the required criteria are welcome to apply.
