About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the case files of asylum seekers, ensuring timely processing and providing support throughout the administrative and social procedures.
- Respond to medical and social needs, including public health, education, and other essential services.
- Foster autonomy by developing personalized projects and collective actions, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
- Contribute to building partnerships and ensuring the integration of our organization within the local community.
- Conduct thorough assessments at the beginning and end of each individual's stay, ensuring accurate tracking of payments and services provided.
- Ensure a harmonious living environment by enforcing the house rules and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the premises.
- Prepare individuals for departure and assist them in finding alternative solutions through existing programs.
Requirements
- Hold a State Diploma in Social Work (Bac +3 level) or equivalent, with relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong writing and argumentation skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and objectivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Valid driving license (Permis B) required.
