Cybersecurity Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Coordinator to join our Technology & Cybersecurity team at ArcelorMittal Downstream Solutions. As a Cybersecurity Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security of our heavy plates made of special steels, stainless steels, or nickel-based alloys.

• Deploy Cyber Security Tools and Processes: Implement and maintain Cyber Security tools and processes to protect our industrial steel solutions from cyber threats.
• Support Cyber Security Roadmap: Collaborate with the Local Security Officer and CyberSecurity Manager to ensure the Europe Cyber Security roadmap and yearly objectives are adequately supported by an action plan in the Business Division.
• Supervise Cyber Security Action Plans: Oversee the execution of Cyber Security action plans in the Business Division to ensure timely and effective implementation.
• Liaise with Cyber Security Teams: Facilitate communication between Europe Cyber Security teams (engineering and Operations) to support the deployment of transversal projects or for operational matters.
• Ensure Cyber Security Reporting: Guarantee the availability and quality of Cyber Security reporting to stakeholders.
• Respond to Audit Requests: Respond to audit requests for local processes/activities and implement remediation in a timely manner.
• Prepare Quarterly Cyber Security Reviews: Prepare the Quarterly Cyber Security reviews with executive Management.
• Support Cyber Defense and Incident Response: Collaborate with the Cyber Defense and Incident Response/Crisis Management teams in handling local cyber security incidents/crisis.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering: Computer Science or any other technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 Years' Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably in Cyber Security domain (project management, operations).
• Good Knowledge in IS/IT or Project Management: Have good knowledge in IS/IT or project management.
• Proven Experience in Multi-Site Projects: Proven experience in the management or involvement in projects on multi-sites, multi-stakeholders environment.
• Strong Teamwork Capabilities: Demonstrate strong teamwork capabilities.
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with business fluency in English.
• Knowledge of OT Security Practices: Have knowledge of OT security practices.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity Incident Response Management: Possess knowledge of Cybersecurity Incident Response Management.
• Knowledge in Security Aspects of Active Directory, Azure, Cloud: Have knowledge in the security aspects of Active Directory, Azure, Cloud.
