Strategic Partnerships and Fundraising Specialist

Admical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as International Partnerships Manager. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the organization's growth and development through strategic partnerships and fundraising efforts.
As a key member of the Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a prospecting strategy with the French private sector and major sports players. This will involve identifying key decision-makers and recommending engagement plans to secure new partnerships and sponsorships.
With a minimum of five years' experience in the private sector, particularly with large corporations, you will have a proven track record of high-level negotiations and be able to lead complex projects. You will also be responsible for leading workshops and presentations in both French and English.
As a team leader, you will oversee the allocation of prospect portfolios and define objectives and roles within the team. You will also provide support to junior international partnerships officers and contribute to the development of the organization's global reach.
Fluency in French and English (C1 level) is essential, and international travel may be required for planned missions.
