Your Mission
DISCOVER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
At Radiall, our internal communication team is dedicated to promoting our company culture, values, and solutions within the organization. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees and stakeholders understand our strategic orientations and challenges related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and intrapreneurship.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the deployment of actions, contributing to employee engagement, and driving the implementation of our CSR strategy. You will work closely with our human resources and change management teams to ensure a seamless integration of our communication efforts.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a communication plan to promote our company culture and values among all employees.
- Creating and deploying content related to social aspects of CSR, including decarbonation strategy and intrapreneurship initiatives.
- Leading sensitization and commitment actions to support our decarbonation strategy.
- Managing projects in a relatively autonomous manner.
- Leading an intrapreneurship program to foster innovation and entrepreneurship within the company.
- Animating meetings and project teams in English.
- Creating and drafting diversified content in English and French.
- Championing our international change ambassadors community.
The Profile
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in project management, communication, and CSR. Your profile should include:
- MBA or equivalent degree in business, communication, or a related field.
- Significant experience in project management, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent relational skills to interact with various profiles, agility, and curiosity of spirit.
- Digital abilities, including communication tools and monitoring.
- Taste for innovative industrial environments.
- Excellent editorial skills in French and English.
- Fluent English language skills.
