DISCOVER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

At Radiall, our internal communication team is dedicated to promoting our company, products, and projects within the organization. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our culture, values, and solutions are easily understood by employees and stakeholders.

As a Project Manager for Internal Communication, you will be responsible for supporting the deployment of actions that contribute to employee engagement around our company's strategic orientations and challenges related to CSR and intrapreneurship. You will work at the crossroads of internal communication, human resources, and change management.

In this role, you will be responsible for initiating, defining, planning, organizing, ensuring the achievement, and checking the necessary activities to meet the needs of an internal customer with defined resources.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the initiatives to diffuse our company's strategy and culture to all group employees.
  • Developing and deploying a communication plan on social aspects of CSR.
  • Driving sensitization and commitment actions as part of our decarbonation strategy supported by ACT methodology.
  • Managing projects in a relative autonomy.
  • Leading an intrapreneurship program.
  • Animating meetings or project teams in English.
  • Creating and drafting diversified content in English and French.
  • Being the champion to lead our international change ambassadors community.

The Profile

We are looking for a candidate with an MBA from a business school, university, or communication school, and a first significant experience in project management. You should have relational ease to interact with various profiles, agility, and curiosity of spirit. Digital abilities (communication tools, monitoring) are also essential. Excellent editorial skills in French and English are required.

Fluent English is a must.
