Role Summary:
The Global Headquarters is expanding, and we are seeking a skilled professional to oversee Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and International Mobility. Reporting directly to the C&B Director for Europe & the Middle East, this role is pivotal in aligning our business strategy with effective C&B policies. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional service to our HR community and operational leaders while providing expert guidance on international mobility and compensation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
International Mobility:
- Develop and execute strategies and processes for international mobility in alignment with our HR strategic objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive packages and contracts for international assignments.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to expatriate management, including employer contributions and contractual addendums.
- Act as the internal authority on international mobility, staying informed on evolving employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments, including HR Administration and HR Controlling, to ensure seamless international transfers.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Provide strategic insights for the development of C&B policies tailored to diverse employee groups.
- Ensure effective implementation of these policies across the organization.
- Design C&B packages for Global HQ personnel.
- Facilitate the execution of Sephora & LVMH C&B processes, including annual salary reviews and bonus calculations.
- Conduct market benchmarking to assess the competitiveness of our C&B offerings.
- Offer C&B expertise to the Global HQ HR Director and their team.
- Review and adjust position gradings and compensation schemes as necessary.
- Lead or participate in C&B initiatives for the Europe & Middle East region.
