We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Student Recruitment. This is a key role that will play a critical part in shaping the future of our institution.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective strategies to drive student recruitment and growth across our campuses in France.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate a team of admissions professionals to collaborate with marketing and communication teams to achieve recruitment goals.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Academic Departments, Finance Department, and Executive Board to manage the student recruitment process and ensure seamless communication.
- Performance Monitoring: Define annual recruitment goals for each program, oversee budget allocation, and monitor progress to take corrective actions if necessary.
- Recruitment Strategies: Implement effective recruitment strategies through marketing, sales, and communication plans to attract top talent.
- Student Experience: Collaborate with other departments to enhance the student experience and ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to enrollment.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze performance indicators, manage CRM and admissions platform implementation, and optimize student recruitment techniques to drive results.
- Event Management: Organize admissions sessions, competitions, and promotional activities to engage candidates and showcase our institution's offerings.
- Experience: 7 years of experience, with at least half in the higher education sector.
- Language Skills: Minimum B2 level of English.
- Background: Successful sales experience in business or engineering school, with managerial experience.
