Join Our Team as a Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our consultancy business forward in the renewable energy sector. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the French and North African markets, developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan, and cultivating credibility with decision-makers in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities in the French and North African renewable energy markets, focusing on consultancy services.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Understand and anticipate client needs, translating them into actionable business opportunities.
  • Market Insight and Networking: Stay abreast of market dynamics and regulatory frameworks impacting renewable energy development in France and North Africa.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across other 3E regional offices or business units.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record of closing deals and driving business growth. If you have a strong network in the renewable energy sector, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in Consultancy within the Renewable Energy sector, preferably in Business Development or Sales roles.
  • Hold an Engineering degree, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Extensive understanding of the French and North African renewable energy sectors, with a strong network and experience in technical advisory or owner's engineering.
