EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in the eyewear industry, is seeking a passionate individual to contribute to our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their unique talents.
As a D&I Specialist Intern, you will play a vital role in implementing and advancing our D&I strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including:
- Supporting the implementation of new company-wide D&I agreements, including internal communication, action plan development, and annual performance reviews.
- Driving inclusion initiatives for individuals with disabilities, particularly in recruitment processes.
- Coordinating and executing annual D&I events to raise awareness and promote understanding.
- Contributing to the development and delivery of internal D&I training programs.
- Creating engaging content such as guides, videos, and memos to support D&I efforts.
- Engaging with our network of disability correspondents to gather insights and perspectives.
- Monitoring and analyzing key D&I indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Staying abreast of emerging D&I trends through research, conferences, and industry publications.
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong academic background in Human Resources Management or a related field. A genuine passion for diversity and inclusion is essential, along with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and project management tools like Trello is required. A good level of English (B2 minimum) is necessary for effective collaboration with international colleagues.
