Senior HR Business Partner

West Pharmaceutical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in France. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business success by providing strategic HR support to our leadership team and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and employees on HR-related matters.
- Lead HR initiatives and projects to improve employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals.
- Manage and analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and strategic HR.
- Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
