Key Account Manager - Revenue Growth Specialist

As a Key Account Manager - Revenue Growth Specialist at Welcome to the Jungle, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and excellence for our clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Grow and manage a portfolio of 60 to 80 customers as their privileged point of contact, ensuring their satisfaction and driving upsell, cross-sell, and new sales opportunities.
2. Deliver exceptional customer experience, maximize revenue growth, and reduce churn rate by presenting new features, products, and services, and leading complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with the CSM team to transform Annual Recurring Revenue and Non Recurring Revenue leads into sales opportunities.
4. Work together with HR & Media agencies to maximize sales strategy and closing opportunities, and own every step of the sales opportunity life cycle.

Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in key account management and business development.
- Ability to understand needs, convince, and sell, and find solutions to customer problems.
- Organized, rigorous, and responsive, with a results-oriented and data-driven approach.
- Fluency in French and English.
