We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Retail Architecture team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including architects, designers, and project managers.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a retail or architecture context.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
