Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Finance Application Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of financial systems and applications, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.
- Manage a team of project managers, engineers, and application specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and project execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders, including finance and accounting teams, to understand business needs and requirements.
- Ensure the effective management of financial systems and applications, including maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial systems and applications.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT finance application management, with a strong background in financial systems and applications.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial applications, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
