Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to join our team in France. As a fully remote company, we have a diverse team of professionals who speak over 50 languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise on the French market, including macro outlook, competitors, client preferences, local operational and regulatory matters.
- Develop and implement a go-to-market playbook to optimize our activity in France.
- Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships with legal, compliance, marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure our activity is sufficiently localized and primed for success in France.
- Offer recommendations and potentially lead and execute on local partnerships, data sources, and other opportunities within the France market.
- Develop a strong understanding of blockchain and crypto concepts, with the capability to explain highly technical concepts to less familiar parties.
- Utilize project management skills to drive results and achieve goals.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in compensation management and project management.
- Strong understanding of blockchain and crypto concepts.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
