Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our Amazon Logistics Operations Finance team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing finance-related activities, implementing standardized controllership, reporting, and planning processes for our Delivery Stations across all EU countries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions to improve our financial processes, working closely with our business partners to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with our business partners to ensure accurate and timely financial information, and provide financial guidance and support to inform business decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Strong background in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, and to analyze complex financial data.
- Experience with financial planning and budgeting software, such as Excel and financial planning tools.
